When we want to change the way we do business or the way we deal with people or any change, we implement a system and the employees must implement it. We offer workshop on how the system works and we expect them to follow it to the letter. Forgetting is a system designed by other people and it does not work for the rest of the people.
I ask, should we change the attitude of the public?
So how do you change the attitude of the public?
Let me start by stating, any change someone desires to make has to start with oneself. We can not expect the people to change their attitude if they do not even know that there is need for change.
Should they know they need to change, and want to.
People do not want to change and take on others belief systems; people all have there own opinions and do not take likely to others opinion. This is a fact of life.
Thus you need to create a wanting to change, and that is part of this workshop, and so is the process of change all part of the workshop.
Because not all people want to change.
